This increased femininity makes these men more appealing as long-term partners because they are seen as having better qualities for being good fathers.
Either they find feminine men attractive for long term partners or short term but not both. I'd wager that they find feminine men "attractive" for beta buxxing long term purposes and they find highly dimorphic (but not ogre) men attractive for short term (casual sex).

In other words, alpha fucks, beta buxx.
