Get to work in the morning after Shower + Routine + Coffee. I do not eat until 4pm everyday, helps with focus + leanmaxxing. Get 7 hours of work done between 8am-4pm, 15 minute breaks when needed (mainly to let Dog out to run around). I sip on coffee, and drink water & a bit of electrolytes. By the time 4pm rolls around you're done for the day and you've only consumed about 20 calories (from the coffee).

You'd be surprised just how much you can get done with 7 hours of extremely focused work.

Your external enivornment matters. A room riddle with distractions like a messy table will always be harder to remain focused in than a completely blank room with nothing but a clear table and a notepad.
Something you could implement rather quickly is to find a dedicated space that isn't disturbing that you use solely for studying.
microdose adderall (meth) and study for 15 hrs straight no breaks or intervals
thats what i do and it tends to work
Do you take it multiple times a day? No chance one adderall dosage would be enough to stay focused (with no breaks) for 15h.
What dosage do you even take? If I take 5mg I could study intensely for maybe 6h.

- You can study with frequent (short) breaks like 5 minutes every 30-45 minutes of studying. Though during that break time you should avoid browsing social media or anything else highly entertaining.
- Implementing active recall & spaced repetition by using flashcards in Anki will also massively help if you need to memorize stuff.
- If you want to understand the content better, you need to engage with it. So, if you're reading a book you can highlight, underline, add question marks or write short questions that you had at a specific part on the outer margins. Try to have a conversation with the material.
- Get frequent & enough sleep. You'll find that stuff you had difficulty recalling or understanding becomes a lot easier after a good night's rest.

I don't like to use the extended-release, mainly because it messes up your circadian rhythm and sleep. Also why I avoid taking adderall in the evening. You take tolerance breaks, I presume?
I take it at most 5 days on and 2 days off. More often 4-3. I also impose a hard limit, so I never go above 10mg.

tolerance break will be like a few months, so im fine with it messing up my sleeping schedule for a week
ill only resort to stimulants if im really behind and need to study an entire semesters worth of work in 2-3 sittings

Jfl at counting study hours
You have to train your brain to take more information without getting bored, aka less efficent. If you want to get better at learning/studying you have to train/force your brain to take more information continuously. No other way unless you have 250IQ or a batch of NZT-48.

Fucking lazy retard.

I just sit and stand up until my objective for the day is done, if I complete it in 1 hour or take the whole day so be it, I don't say "muh 4 hours of studying are done, I should probably rest 2 hours and get back it ๐Ÿ’…"

Jfl at you for using that shit studying dynamic and calling me a lazy retard when I'm about to finish my engineering career.

-Pomodoro Technique: Study for 45 mins, take a break for 5 mins.
-Take Adderall, Methylphenidate. Shits lets you read and absorb information faster.
-If reading and studying technical information (e.g. medicine books), there would be learning objectives at the start of the chapter. Find the answers to those objectives, and highlight the information/committed to your memory.

Unethical tip, ONLY TRY THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I DO NOT HOLD MYSELF RESPONSIBLE IF YOU'RE A DUMBASS AND GET CAUGHT CHEATING ON YOUR EXAMS:

Find the testbank for the book you're using in your current class. Some instructors put questions in their exams from these sources.
