We don't need roids. We can go to God's natural garden of testosterone builders. Oysters , avocado, oats, spinach, Bran flakes, tunafish, eggyolk, beef, and beans. These foods will naturally boost T. I have been eating oysters and I am starting to actually grow some hair on my arms. This stuff works !
