3 months.
You dumb mother fucker.

Do not use credit cards. Stop buying shit, pay everything off immediately, and only use them for the benefits from here on out paying off everything immediately.

I think you're from India or Pakistan right? So many people come to USA and sink themselves into a hole because of the credit system. I had a friend from Egypt who went to the US. He had a lot of friends that fucked themselves over with credit cards.

Unless your parents are loaded and give you the means to pay everything off periodically then you gotta avoid having things before they're paid for in America.

Indeed. They have so many restrictions in plave. It is as if the system assumes I might run away with the bank's money just because I'm not a citizen. There are strict limitations like lower credit limits, lack of access to certain financial products, and extra verification steps. In the US it seem to be based more on risk profiling than actual behavior because I didnt even spend that much

I already know about all that nigga. I pay everything at the end of the month. I am not in any kind of debt or have to pay interest. I use credit because I get free flights, hotel room stays and lounge access. I only spend a fraction on these things. Most of my money goes towards investments. It is all calculated. Im not out of money. Im just out of credit on this specific card. Big difference.

Just make a protocol for purchases and stick to it.
I just follow the. 50/30/20 rule.

50% β†’ Needs:groceries, utilities, insurance, transportation, etc.

30%β†’Wants (lifestyle/fun) dining out, entertainment, travel, subscriptions, etc.

20% β†’ Savings & Investments: Stocks, Bonds, Crypto, etc

I could potential reduce my needs and wants because I dont have to pay rent and a lot of my expenses in want are frankly wasteful spending.

I mean depends on the money you put in if the difference is minimal then why not :feelswhere: since paying for comfort isnt a bad deal

Like a portfolio manager but for individuals. They're becoming more common even for people who aren't ultra-rich. I want to start getting into derivatives and more complex strategies

To each his own. I just don't like having to throw 50% into that stuff living in the US. Rent, groceries, and insurance. Are you making good money?

Rent is very expensive in the US. Also I make good money but I dont really feel rich. Rich in this part of thr US would be making 7 figures per year

Trumpy loo-loo made it more difficult?
Yes. He reduced the number of H1B visas given. . They now ask for like 50 different documents just for residency. An I-797, LCA application, I-94 travel records, I-693 medical reports, tax returns,G-325A audits, income statements, interviews very a long drawn out and complicated process. U.S greencard easily takes like 10+ years for EB2. You cant buy a home, cant buy a car and keep waiting for the permanent status. All the while Mexicans live here illegally for free without paying a single penny to anyone. Like you said it is best to make a lot of money and then return back to where you came from to retire early
