firstly Youll make more off a normal job and you cant even shoplift expensive items because there usally bigger or locked away and your going to get caught most you can steal is like food. Secondly your going to get caught stealing items over 200 dollars and put in jail

It's easy to shoplift, depending on where you're at. In the US a lot of corporate stores won't apprehend shoplifters. As for finding customers to sell to it's not as easy as I thought it would be, unless you can find a fence, but I don't know where to find those. You could just sell the stuff online too but I don't got experience in that

Yes crackheads do it all the time. stealing shit and selling it to other crackheads/their drug dealer/listing it on Facebook marketplace etcetera. People also steal shit and sell it on eBay. Just be aware that certain items like electronics have a ton of identifying information linked to them that can be traced back to you if you list them online
