It's typical insecurity, everyone wants people to perceive them from their best angles, even strangers on an anonymous forum.

I never get mad at it to be honest, it's completely understandable because that's just what life and social media taught us to do.

I wouldn't want people to see me at my worst either.

I just think it’s quite pointless since people can’t see what you truly need to improve. But it’s true that it can’t be helped, it’s human nature to try and appear better for others.
