You may have noticed that taller people are more likely to have a negative canthal tilt. This might be optimized to make it easier to look down at people. Whereas short people constantly have to look up, so their faces may optimize a positive canthal tilt.

It might be placebo but I'll try spot an association irl between canthal tilt and height

Not sure about canthal tilt but taller people (by tall I mean 6'3-6'5) tend to have worse skulls compared to those that are shorter than them. 6'3-6'5 is still peak male height though
