Please say what is wrong with and rate me and how I can change it. Why am I like this and what surgery would I need…
I’ve got braces that atleast made it a bit better but im still sub 5….

Step 1 and 2 would be to get rid of the glasses and shave that weird mustache peach fuzz looking thing. From there try losing some weight, debloating and fashionmaxxing. Only then can you see if you need any surgeries. You won't be chad but you'll get a boost fs
