Sub human to MTN? My 7 month ascension so far, and where from here

My journey from a subhuman to a MMTN (I think? Please be the judge of this though)

What did I do to get here?

I think 90% of it was diet.
I’m the same weight (193) and my physique only slightly improved (I was a D1 athlete so solid base)
But I cut out
-Seed oils
-Packaged processed food
-Processed sugar
-Bread
-Legumes
-Soy

And have been eating a simple diet primarily consisting of
-Meat
-Rice/Potatoes/Sweet potatoes for carbs
-Fruit

You can see the difference in the bloat of my face and my features.

The other 10%?
Nasal Breathing
-Mewing consistently for the past year
-started using mouth tape 3 months ago to stop mouth breathing while I sleep.
I think this has made a difference in my lower third
Skin care
-Vanicream daily cleanser and beef tallow moisturizer every morning and night
-Castor oil nightly on eyebrows/Lashes
-Red Vaseline + toothbrush morning and night for lips

Myo Exercises
-Thumb pulling consistently from Feb-May. Realized it was probably pointless and stopped
-Eye Oculi training for the past 3 months. No idea if this is cope or not, but it seems to be working
And of course, I got rid of that terrible haircut.

What changed for me?
-Well, surprisingly, I have had an attractive (but different) girlfriend during both phases. The previous one was for 3 years (that I was absolutely chopped during). Take that black pill, I guess?
- I have noticed a TON of success on dating apps like tinder in hinge since my ascension, using some of the photos below. I don’t think I’m that attractive now, but it was enough to line up a couple dates a week when I wanted with at least mtb women. Maybe I’m just funny?
What now?
I’m looking to try some new techniques trying to obtain at least HMTN or LHTN. Any advice is appreciated.

Current planned additions:

-The ordinary Caffeine serum for dark under eye
-Volulifine for eye area
-The ordinary brow and lash serum to fill in my brows
-Vanicream moisturizer instead of tallow
-Vitamin C for pigmentation
-Retinol
-Neck training 3x week
-Jaw exerciser 4x week
-A 10 pound cut soon

What am I missing?

Yeah bro Im not trying to be mean or anything, mirin your efforts, but couldn’t really tell.

I see that you were fatter, but that’s pretty much it, and you still aren’t super lean.

Maybe it’s better IRL. Have had multiple girls make comments on it, ex came back for casual shit because “I’m hot now”
