I’m not sure. Most people say high LTN or low MTN is average which is around 4.7-5.3

Its so confusing some rate by normie system others by numbers others by psl others by percentage.

U cant make sense of anything at that point. Whats the conversion between scales also differs by people and what each tier in the system represents also differs
