legit the only place i go out is gym , i do get decent amount of lois, ive even been approached 2-3 times around the times ive gone out for the gym and i freeze up and dk what to say cos am not used to such an interaction

its not even about tryna lower ur inhibition through substances, you just need the right people to bring you out of your shell of social anxiety and slowly and steadily youll feel more comfortable in social scenarios,

if you start to heavily rely upon substances to remove your social anxiety the baseline issue will never deviate

Idk man my friend has more successes than me with people and I'd argue he is my looksmatch. The main difference is he is a nicer person and cares more for others. This sounds like cope but I've seen it with my own eyes. You have the base for looks now you just have to be NT and be nice and people won't shit on you anymore

you just need the right people to bring you out of your shell of social anxiety and slowly and steadily youll feel more comfortable in social scenarios
