Sub8 in PSL terms means that you are the same as 99% of men, which means that you don't stand out and are about as ordinary as you can get.
"Why do you think sub8=death is legit?"
sub8 stems from the fact that women only lust over the top 1-5% of men(figures may vary) with all other men going unnoticed, there is a reason why on sites like photofeeler your results vary so much. Women's attraction to men comes in 3 categories:
Unattractive: Basically a 50th percentile or below, you are visibly unattractive to everyone.
Indifferent: Ranging from 51st to 95th percentiles, you're not unattractive, but you're not GL enough to grab the attention of women either, resulting in them feeling indifferent when seeing you.
Attractive: Anything above the 95th percentile, PSL 7+ Model tier looks, and/or just in a very favourable position
This is all assuming you are of the same race as the majority of the people in your area. If you are Black in a 99% white majority area, you'll be automatically put in the "Attractive" category assuming that you meet the indifferent looks requirement for your race. Same could apply if you go somewhere where the vast majority of the people that attend it are female (this only works assuming that, that place is their main place of social interaction) Which explains @FatmanO's situation, who not only lives in Slavlands where the standards are significantly lower than in the west for men, and he attends a school whose students are 90%+ female IIRC, as @FatmanO is in the 60th percentile of attractiveness in his area, and is in an environment full of women which easily puts him in the top 5%, because of the conditions he is in. If he was in an environment that is majority male, he'd get no attention as women would just flock to the top 5% in that particular environment.
