Absolutely, in fact when I see good looking people giving courses on various subjects I am immediately suspicious, it's highly likely that those people aren't that good in their field but they were privileged because of their looks...

Let me give you an example: at my university half of the professors, lecturers and assistants were females and they were pretty good looking, but they obtained their positions only because they were married to other highly respected professors or their husbands were rich and powerful and used their influence to help them. However they were pretty dumb, they had no passion for science or knowledge, when they lectured they looked bored and during recess they only talked about silly stuff like gossip, tabloid news, etc.
There was only one woman who was a real scientist, she published books and respected scientific papers, but she was old, ugly and weird.
