holy fuck I cannot sleep well on a school day at all
I give about 8 hours 30 mins for my awaking time, it takes me a long ass time to fall asleep and I then fucking wake up at 30 minutes early than the time I'm supposed to wake up?? Then I can't fall back asleep
This happens repeatedly and very often, and this suggests that I naturally require less sleep and this would be enough to recover. But then it becomes like 12-1:30 and I get hit strong asf with tiredness. Dark circles are very prominent and my face gets bloated from the sleep deprivation
I do have bad undereye support. But I do not have hyperpigmentation at all. And the reason I know is that I sleep a long ass time in the weekend, and the things above do not happen at all. The worst part is the bloating (descends me so much) and the dark circles (also descends me a fuck ton). Dark circles aren't very noticeable if not for sleep, they are very subtle bc I don't have great undereye support from bone but I have good fat in that area.
Why the fuck does this happen? How subhuman does my sleep genetics have to be? holy shit. My body tells me I'm tired and it actively tries to not fucking sleep and ruins it while getting itself more tired everyday
