holy fuck I cannot sleep well on a school day at all

I give about 8 hours 30 mins for my awaking time, it takes me a long ass time to fall asleep and I then fucking wake up at 30 minutes early than the time I'm supposed to wake up?? Then I can't fall back asleep

This happens repeatedly and very often, and this suggests that I naturally require less sleep and this would be enough to recover. But then it becomes like 12-1:30 and I get hit strong asf with tiredness. Dark circles are very prominent and my face gets bloated from the sleep deprivation

I do have bad undereye support. But I do not have hyperpigmentation at all. And the reason I know is that I sleep a long ass time in the weekend, and the things above do not happen at all. The worst part is the bloating (descends me so much) and the dark circles (also descends me a fuck ton). Dark circles aren't very noticeable if not for sleep, they are very subtle bc I don't have great undereye support from bone but I have good fat in that area.

Why the fuck does this happen? How subhuman does my sleep genetics have to be? holy shit. My body tells me I'm tired and it actively tries to not fucking sleep and ruins it while getting itself more tired everyday

Jfl nigga my body literally wakes me up early and puts me to sleep at a late time. It comes out to like 7hrs. Then my body shows me signs of being tired and I'm tired as fuck. Theres really bad dark circles and bloating. how the fuck does that work???
 
Exactly the reason why I need to get DSIP to have normal sleep, not even improved sleep

Why the fuck are people tryna sleep when they aren’t tried. You’re meant to sleep when tired, not because it’s muh bedtime.

Yes this is how it works for me on the weekends

but school and jobs don't follow the schedule of "sleep when tired and wake up"

-Drink alot
-Eat alot (dont eat shit tho)
-Excersize atleast once a day except Sundays (go church then)
-Dont do more than reading a book 1 hour before sleeping

Ive struggled crazy with insomnia, ask ur doctor for trazadone it knocks me tf out without issue and doesnt have any side effects really. I also had to stop being a fucking retard and doing stuff I knew would fuck me up, retard talking abt nofap and church doesnt know what hes talking abt.
Go outside in the morning and chill in the sun everymorning. I deadass let my dog outside close my eyes and stare into the sun for like 30 seconds.
No caffiene past noon, if u gotta take preworkout or some shit dont take no damn 200-300 mg at like 4-5 like a retard youll be up forever, drink like half a cup of coffee.
Actually get tf off your phone and tv and BS and read a book b4 bed Bonus is that hoes love a dude who be reading.
U gotta go to bed at the same time and wake up at roughly the same time everyday. If ur in highschool quit whatever retarded ass job is fucking up ur sleep schedule for like 11 dollars an hour.
Workout every day, its not gonna make the insane difference everyone says with sleep but u cant sit on ur ass all day and be confused on why you arent tired.
