I'm ded srs there was some held back freshman like 6'4'' that came to my HS and joined our basketball team and he was benching 4 plates. The bar was literally bending.

legit theory. i was nearly always picked in last or near last during sports and i am also a khhv.
although on a few occasions over the years kind chads picked me first or in the top three and this gave me a massive dopamine boost which lasted for the entire day.
