Well, as someone who easily gets acne and is susceptible to bloat, healthmaxxing and keeping a good diet is very important.

Because the current belief is you can be fat and healthy, which isn't fucking true. Of course fresh out of Auschwitz skinny isn't healthy either but 10-12% body fat is definitely ideal health wise and aesthetics wise. I've gained weight recently and I feel like complete shit

Its fucking insane how people get away with being 20-30% bodyfat and normfucks let them get away with it and dont consider it fat, just because that would force them to come to terms with their own obesity
