Well, I myself, never belived on this shit, and always thought it wasn't real, but, somehow, after hearing some audios for a month, I grew up an inch.
As an insecure guy (mostly about my height), this was my last hope.
I went from 6'1 to 6'2 (measured by a doctor, not me) in a month.
Look, I'm not saying that I grew because of this, but maybe if ur mind keeps focusing on that, it could make a change I guess.
For anyone saying that I was gonna grow that inch anyways, I don't think so. I didn't grew even 0.5 inch in the last 6 months, so I guess it has nothing to do with that.
Maybe it's a lowiq post, but I'm gonna keep trying to reach 6'3 as I always wanted to be.
In my opinion, anyone could give it a try, but idk.

Anybody got a gif where someone is eye rolling? This could be so easily explainable. Measurements are often not 100% accurate every single time. And some things can cause supposed "height fluctuations" You could have had slightly bad posture the last time you were measured. There could be an endless amount of reasons for this.

This is obviously retarded and not true but that aside did you measure at same time during the day? or did you measure yourself earlier in the day the second time?
