the markings aren't that precise don't make it more complicated than it is.

this is the zone you want to dissolve, although I went further to the sides because I want the ramus to be more prominent.

syringes preloaded with 0.2 ml deoxycholate each (aqualyx) you can use more than 0.2 ml but the risk of necrosis reaching the skin surface goes up.

slins are preferable (insulin needles) it only has to go like 5 mm deep, drawing isn't an issue because aqualyx is basically water.

the swelling from this amount lasts about a week, you see results the third and fourth week and then you repeat, you will look like a subhuman swollen toad with a double chin for that week.

AND are you sure 5mm is enough to reach the submental fat?? on average the depth is like 6mm-12mm, even with a 90 degree angle i hardly believe 5mm would be enough to reach it

the skin is around 5 to 7 mm deep in this area, but it probably varies from person to person, you can just pinch it to see, it's roughly half the pinched amount.

just received my lipolab. (i looked everywhere for aqualyx but couldnt find a reliable cheap source in the US) even though its a shittier product it is way cheaper and easier to get, so i had to work with what i got

But are you afraid of neck area being worse (than if didn't do it) when you are 50+? People even do fat grafting to rdjuvenate neck.
I also wonder how neck looks in 50yo+ bodybuilders who didn't abuse hgh (it tend to improve skin quality) but had big necks (should tight skin up there, I guess).

fat grafts are usually taken from your lower back so removing the fat in the neck itself doesn't change much.

my neck is 17 inch+ so it often looks bloated.
