I've injected twice now both of them have hurt a bit after injection like a lump and a stinging feeling if I move my stomach where I injected it

How do I get less injection site pain injecting test propionate

Subq testosterone propionate often causes more post-injection pain, lumps, and stinging than longer esters because the propionate ester can be irritating and inflammatory in subcutaneous tissue. To reduce it, inject slowly (over 20-30 seconds), warm the vial/oil slightly beforehand (e.g., under warm water) to lower viscosity, massage the site gently right after for 1-2 minutes to disperse it, and rotate sites consistently while keeping volumes low if possible. If the stinging persists or worsens (redness, heat, fever), check with your doctor to rule out infection or consider switching esters.

first switch to test e, warm up the oil a lil with your hand and just dont to too much volume per inject
