Aqualyx is already pretty cheap. Another name would be kybella but kybella is way more expensive. Theyre both deoxycholic acid

depends on where you are, just look for anything with deoxycholate, kybella rn is the only FDA approved one kabelline is a bit cheaper & easier to get
