Finally stopped coping got myself finasteride prescribed by a dht-maxxed psycho dermatologist who fell for the tranny drug meme and almost said "just minoxidil bro" while his complete crown looked like he had a hairtransplant in turkey. At the end when I've asked him directly if he would prescribe it to me or not he said no. I was about to fuck off and he quickly changed his mind and gave me the damn prescription. Now I'm gonna check my bloodwork and probably go to some other doctor to consult about the dosing.

And the second is, a bro orthodontist gave me free scans so I have green light to visit any insurance covered maxfac clinic in the entire country. This means I have a slight chance to get free braces and a bi/trimax.

Finally some decent improvements since a long time.

DHT should’ve been nuked about a decade ago jfl.
Still have a decent hairline, I think my dht has risen up since 3-4 years slowly. I got much more forearm hairs, beard becomes thicker and hairline starts to receide. Time to nuke that shit.

Jesus, know how easy that shit is to get online hassle-free?
Progress is progress still tho, all though Finasteride is like the very bottom of the bottom for hairmaxxing.

You still have Dut + oral minox to go but 'tis good

You’ve done more than 90% of this forum with just two simple steps.

Well I live in germany, so we have strong borders and strict laws about basically anything specially meds, drugs.

Oral minox is poison and risky. Dut will be my later option if Fin gives me sides or is not working, which is rare.

ngl i’d do nuclear and just get on Duta. It’s not like you’re young and have development etc. For some Fin isn’t strong enough and for some it maintains hair, but usually after a few years (by a few i mean like 10) they start to lose ground again on fin and switch to duta. Duta can also allow some regrowth if it hasn’t been too long since the follicle started closing.

It's not poison lmao, 0 sides super mogger and has synergestic effect with DHT inhibition :)

Nope, I get mine into DK just fine, same laws nearly and DK has stricter borders but alright.

kostet die finasteride Prescription eigentlich was? Also musstet du dafür was bezahlen, dass er dir was verschreibt oder war die Consultation free?

Most on fin see improved hair counts after 10 years. A comprehensive hair loss protocol must include a topical anti androgen to address residual androgens on the scalp.

Most hair loss sufferers will eventually get to this stage. OP could have very nascent crown thinning and not know it until 40+.

At 30 I quite literally see 0 reason not to use Duta over Fin. And he will get the skin benefits also which will be needed at 30+ years old.

I agree. It’s clinically more effective. I was just pointing out that finasteride has greater efficacy for most users than you’re giving it credit for.

Lol.

I agree. Steiner will lead the counter attack.

Thanks guys, I will definetly think about hopping on Duta. If it's really helping the skin, it's a big + argument for me.

My Idea was to start slow and not fuck around too much with my hormones because I'm not yet educated on what duta exactly is. And I'm lurking the channel of haircafe on youtube. Dude also recommends to hop on fin first and observe what happens.

Regarding my skin I have no problem, I still look very young and healthy. Because I am.

Always be pro-active and assume the realistic worst case scenario. Hoping for the best has never been a winning strategy.

Meinst du man braucht unbedingt blood work?
