are there any long term side effects to sucking in or biting your cheeks? its a habit i developed and have had for over an year.

It just looks gay. Wouldn't say it would alter your face or anything

i used to do it before i actually got hollow cheeks, there are no side effects but gonions can be less flared because your teeth arent properly together for a long time, if your only young then its reversable, you will get more fwhr if you fix it early on

As someone that unironically used to do that, Dont ever do that shit, especially in public lol, If you look good, You will look good regardless if you have your face relaxed or if you are sucking your cheeks like a pornstar eating a BBC.

The cons are its looks like shit, cos lips look weird, mandible and chin looks recessed, you basically imitating how youd look like more reccessed. Its like a demo-version of mouthbreathing.
And its looks disastreously worse if you are already recessed.
