Sucking out fat from the gonion area

Excess fat around and above gonial area in front of ear. If I push it in, my gonial angle looks much better. Is it possible to suck out fat and tighten this area, or do you need a jaw implant/filler stretch it out enough? My jaw proportions seems to be good so I really want to avoid making it larger if possible. And for reference I am very low body fat, low enough to have abs and be really vascular.

I’m also afraid of adding mass here because of all the eppley meme jaws floating around on the internet.

lipolysis injection could work. the guy in the thread is not consistent with the angles before and after. i suggest going down the fat dissolving route if only you are lean enough around 10-12% bf. (most people exaggerate when they say they are 10% bodyfat or so) then assess stubborn fat on your face.
