So basically I had an injury that made me bedridden for around 3 months in the hospital when I was 12. I didn’t get any vitamin d through diet. So I must’ve been severely deficient.
My other theory is that that psychological trauma caused my early/accelerated puberty. But here’s another theory.
There seems to be a concern of low vitamin d starting puberty early. For some reason the research is for girls, but i theorize it would affect boys in a similar way.

Here’s why I think my puberty was earlier than it should or accelerated faster than it should:
I think my puberty was accelerated. In one year I went from no physical signs of puberty to having a lot of hair on my legs and ass. I’m not exaggerating and am confident that this is true. I have photo evidence.
At 12, my legs looked like they do now. (Pictured below)
I remember I felt so weird there was only two other kids in my grade (6th) with hairy legs. Except they were tall and muscular whilst I was short and frail and could pass as prepubescent with pants on.
My dad said he stopped growing in his 20’s yet I stopped at 16. And my brother was somewhat of a late bloomer.
