Suddenly nt and low inhib

Has anyone just had where out of the blue your low inhib and nt you just out of nowhere woke up one day and it happened for no reason
This phenomenon only lasts for like a day though any explanation or had similar thing

I know and you feel great but I just know that it won't last it doesnt last longer than like 48 hours though it feels like it will last forever

Yeah. For that reason, whenever I start feeling very good, I always try to remind myself that my life still sucks. That way, the "drop" in my emotions will be smaller and it will ironically hurt less

Why can't I be like this all the time or at least most of the time

Since it seems to happen out of nowhere it must be related to your brain wiring rather than external factors, so there must be a way to induce it or be in it longer

That way you don't come crashing down
