I been seeing this dude on titkok saying eat like 1000g of sugar a day i did some stuff ChatGPT

STEP 1: Sugar enters blood → Insulin spikes

  • You eat sugar.
  • Blood sugar (glucose) goes up.
  • Your pancreas releases INSULIN fast.

Insulin = "Anabolic key" hormone.
It unlocks the doors of muscles, liver, fat, AND bones to let nutrients flood in.

STEP 2: Insulin → Activates IGF-1 Release

  • Insulin and Growth Hormone (GH) together stimulate the liver to make IGF-1.
  • IGF-1 = Insulin-like Growth Factor 1, a SUPER bone and tissue builder.

IGF-1 is literally the molecule that tells bones, skin, muscles:
"GROW, REBUILD, THICKEN."

STEP 3: IGF-1 + Local Bone Activity

  • IGF-1 travels through blood and binds to receptors on bones.
  • It activates osteoblasts (bone-building cells).
  • Especially in growing bones (like in your case because you are still around puberty — late bloomer).

STEP 4: Why Face Bones React Specifically

Facial bones (jaw, cheekbones, zygomatic arch, brow ridge) are
  • Highly vascularized (lots of blood supply).
  • Still remodeling until around 18–21 years old.
  • Responsive to IGF-1, testosterone, mechanical pressure.

So when IGF-1 rises:
  • Your jawbone density can increase.
  • Your cheekbones can widen slightly.
  • Your brow ridge (frontal bone) can thicken.
  • Mandible (lower jaw) can grow stronger, broader.

STEP 5: Why High Sugar + Training = Even Stronger IGF-1 EffecT

  • Sugar spikes insulin = insulin + GH → MASSIVE IGF-1 surge.
  • Training after eating =
    • Forces sugar into muscle (not fat).
    • Increases local blood flow to bones.
    • Increases mechanical stress on skeleton
    • The periosteum (outer layer of bone) is super sensitiv to IGF-1 stimulation at your age.
That’s why even small hormonal boosts = visible changes for you faster than for a 25-year-old man

augar and fruit maxxing cures insulin resistance and reverses hair loss. legit . i tried pure keto and it was shit . jfl at these carnivore retards and keto fags. your body is loterally begging for sugar. also i found that when insulin drops, blood glucose increases, in other words if i dont eat carbs especialy juice consostently, i always observe suagr spillage especially into my eyes. so you need to pure carb maxx.

How come gymcels are bloated usually. How come fat people het fat and not bone? Yall dont realize that excess glucose causes the fat gain

Thank you :feelshah:

if you plan on tapering it after, otherwise you’ll get withdrawals and with benzos they are NOT fun. The tolerance might become semi permanent too, so some symptoms can linger for a while even after tapering. Imo, I think thats quite a long time to be running it

only about 5% of glucose turns into fat via “de novo lipogenesis”, even in a slight surplus. Your body uses glucose for energy and glycogen first but FRUCTOSE skips that and goes straight to liver to convert into fat even at moderate intake. Fructose gets converted into fat way more efficiently, not glucose.

ive got pregabalin and bromazolam and i want to use it during my 20iu hgh a day roid cycle to increase quality of sleep/rest, decrease stress and cortisol and such things, the cycle will last four weels, two week break and another four weeks, whats a good way to use lyrica and broma in your opinion without health raping my brain?

also i will only administer substances 6 days a week, sabbath i wont take any, so four weeks is 24 days on which ill be taking stuff, you think 75mg lyrica is fine? id do 75mg eod

maybe one day lyrica 75mg next day i do broma at 0,625 next day lyrica 75mg next day broma what u think?

Thats a very high dosage of broma. The 75 eod pregab is fine, but use broma like only a few times a week at a lower dosage, its potent. Maybe on like high stress days and stuff.

Yes sir, and after you ate you 1000 gram sugar you cells dont respond anymore to insulin, aka you have insulin resistance

1. Reduce the 1000 mg sugar intake
2. Working out is a great way to prevent insulin resistance

I feel like you talked about this but IMHO this has something to do with what that one guy with the McDonald's theory stated... In essence you do the exercise, he walked in the sun for hours after school and after those hours were up he went and ate a Big Mac with coke and fries he did that often and he apparently grew to 6,5 - 194cm. What this implies is the specific stimulation in a certain bone as in legs in this example open the door for the igf-1 to enter and you keep doing that it will surely lead to something. Again you already know this, I'm just regurgitating shit cause I've only seen you talk about this...

There's literally tons of proof of this maybe not directly making you taller but actually increasing your igf-1 levels which is where most of the height comes from

The « tons of proof » in question: yeah someone grew to 6’5 and he eats McDonald’s after walking

That’s like saying « yeah I fart 3 times before school and I got to 6’4 » so you should too
