Like this shits gotta be trolling. I see retards on tiktok claim they grow taller eating sugar and shit.
BUTT part of me believes it kinda works as long as u eat a shit ton of meat with the sugar and workout a lot instead of becoming a fucking pig.
So theoretically could this diet work in moderation during puberty:
Like basically a shit ton of meat, dairy, sweet fruits, maybe 20 grams of white sugar, good carbs. BUT U WORKOUT.
Side effects: Acne, maintain a proper skincare ig. Sugar fucks skin hard
Bloat, Take some mild diuretic or some shit everyday not FURO
BODY FAT: pretty simple. 20 25 grams of sugar won’t make u fat unless u don’t fucking workout and sit like a fucking panda all day.
I mean I’m not claiming this shit will give u some insane bone mass or some shir but if it could make u grow taller combined with gh and ai during puberty. The side effects are worth it eh.
