What is it with consuming huge amounts of sugar? A lot of people say it raises your igf-1 and helps you grow taller and develop better bones but how does it work(if it even does)?

A lot of people on there talk about it with one of them being a guy named “Pablo”. He is a very good looking dude

he does not even know himself if it is true. Just a theory he made up and decided to try.

intervals are very important you want your igf and hgh to kinda be teeter tottering, id say a couple grams every 2-6 hours and wait 2 hours after excersise

cause of insulin.Some drink white sugar you want quick spikes.Candy white sugar etc.I personally honeymax

Honey has a moderate glycemic index which is not ideal. You want to achieve a high glycemic index

high sugar intake = increased insulin levels. insulin can enhance igf-1 signaling but this doesnt mean that eating sugar will make you taller. igf-1 is influenced by overall nutrition, genetics and hormones.

excess sugar = insulin resistance. yeah eating fuckton sugar = insulin resistance = lowers igf-1 bioavailability

Im doing cycles of high carb and high sugar to carnivore like diet and my bones have grown soo much brah
