Saw someone say carbs are just sugar, Is that true?
Is sugar really that important for bonemass?
And how much should I take a day during puberty to not fuck myself over and get fat.
The App where I track my cals in tells me 290g of carbs, is that good?

I didn't really get the MTOR and AMPK but its basically just eat more glucose sugar, avoid Fructose and keep cortisol low?

yes sugar indirectly increases igf1 which gives u bones
u should cycle the two growth pathways to keep insulin sensitivity (go on cuts ocasionally)

just make sure u dont have any insulin resistance symptoms
 
Sugar isn't important for anything it's just calories, it contains no nutrients, and the body treats it like a toxin. Natural foods don't contain significant amounts of sugar, we had to cultivate/engineer foods to have more of it.
