after 100 gram+ sugar tastes became bad

but i can eat 500 gram rice easily

Yeah. Averaging over 170g a day with a recently measured 4.2 mmol/l blood glucose level about 2 hours postprandial.

~152g a day = 6M average.
Over 170g a day average for last 4 weeks.

Why wouldn’t I?
Wouldn’t want to go hypo and limit myself from performing better.

No slin or metformin, either.

But why eat sugar when you can eat fruit? It’s basically the same thing (very similar glucose/fructose ratio compared to white sugar) but it also has vitamins and minerals and shit and has a lower glycemic index

The only reason to eat sugar over fruit that I can think of is that it’s more caloric dense, and is cheaper

I don’t think most people are actually talking about white sugar when talking about sugar here. Might be wrong, though.
