You really believe that a change like Pablo's is mostly achieved by sugar, he consumes 2kg per day. I want to know your opinions and if anyone is going to do it or has done it

300-400 grams already made me dizzy, considering that I usually take about 200 grams a day and drink an incredible amount of water

I came up with this thing myself, because sugar turns out to have no effect on weight, according to my experiments, so for fun I decided to eat a lot of it

lmao i was talking to pablo, basically he took mk677 and enclomiphene from 16-17 and ate a shit ton of sugar to spike his IGF-1 and HGH. honestly really fucking stupid and can easily lead to diabetes.

I tried cutting white sugar for a week along with oil and bread and felt better and had better cognitive function

if you roiding it isn't cope, but if naturally diabet will waitinig for you
it will also depend on your daily mainteance, pablo is burning a lot during the day therefore he need to consume more calories

You’re 14, don’t fuck yourself over by eating copious amounts of nutritionally void sugar and carbs. Eat nutrient dense foods, meats, eggs, butter, raw cheese, fish. This should be the bulk of your diet. Like 90%. Do you expect to grow without nutrients? It’s called nutrition for a reason, and there is quite literally 0 nutrients in bread and sugar. I’m not saying go 0 carb. Eat your rice, or potatoes or honey, have chocolate every now and then, just make sure 90% diet is foods i listed.

Basic google search and these kids could learn that sugar overload fucks insulin sensivity, hence fucking up IGF-1 production
