Suggest not a long, workout plan, that I can do after my jiu jitsu practice. That focuses mainly on arms and back, but also using other upper body muscles like chest. Involving Dumbells, dips, pull up bar, and maybe barbells but rarely because I don’t want stunt my growth since barbells that are heavy push you down
