I want to be more productive, or even putting aside things considered productive. I want to do something but I have ADHD and can't commit to one thing if it's not in my interest.
I am fed up of the basic bullshit online stating the bare minimum.
"Make your bed, take a shower, get 8 hours of sleep. Drink 8L of water"
I need something that'll take up at least 30 minutes of my time, something I can implement daily.
But at the same thing I don't think I would benefit or be able to commit from something like learning Russian.
I've started watching 1-2 movies a day
I plan on learning more about cooking, business (since it's related to my college course), and cars this week
I might start playing competitive online games again as time pass
I'll start working out and stretching
But I feel like all this is still not enough for me.
I need something to do but I cross out every other thing because I don't think I can commit to it or I don't find it interesting.
