As we know ibn taymiyyah was an important salafi scholar here’s what he have said including sources:
“If a man does an action that he believes will get him killed for the sake of Jihād, even if the killing of his own self (by his hands) is greater than him killing others, which leads to killing of others for the benefit of the religion which doesn't happen except by his self sacrifice, and warding off the enemies that do harm to the Religion and the world which can not be done without doing that (self sacrifice), then it is prioritized (to execute.)” -
Shaykh al-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah in his Majmū' al-Fatāwa Volume 28 Page 540
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said: "And Kufr together with Muharaba is present in every Kafir, therefore it is permissible to enslave him just as it is permissible to kill him." (Majmu al-Fatawa, 31/380)
Is there any argument against his statement?
