I only have £15,000 to my name and i’m 20, even if i have just a genioplasty it’ll leave a dent and that’s nowhere close to ascend my subhuman ass just a tier (check posts for reference) I need a trimax, buccal removal and zygo implants to even reach my goal of hmtn. And that’s not even considering the fact that even if i pay all of this money which i don’t fucking have there’s a chance it’ll be botched like tufano and i’ll come out even more deformed. Thinking about how i can just get surgery is a cope method

I’d like to but the only thing i care about is looking good i can maybe just go to thailand and live work free for like 4 years if that but ill still be avoiding mirrors and never going outside to clubs or anything
