Hi, I am currently 18(puberty not complete) 5'10 asian and 150ib. Im around 10% body fat and i have a pretty considerable lean and nice build. I want to maximize my natural potential until im at the age where i fully develop my growth. What are some natural supplements that are crucial for me to take everyday? for example: d3 zinc ashwaganda, magnesium, iron. Which ones to ditch and which ones to take most definitely and maybe some supplements with the least side effects that improve anabolicaly. Thank you!
