You can always get to some mountain or place with good views, bring yourself food and enjoy. Staying locked in your house will worsen your well-being eventually, I speak from experience. Being outside really helps.

I can’t go outside by myself because of severe social anxiety. I won’t really be able to go anywhere without being on the verge of losing my consciousness from severe anxiety.

I had the same problem but I started taking baclofen and slowly got used to seeing others so I stopped afterwards

I can understand , I live alone with no friends or family but Im trying to fix it ngl , im following a philosophy that actually resonated with me and started doing things alone whether casino or going to a restaurant to face my fear

I know that’s why I took baclofen to actually give me a boost , I sat in a restaurant alone sweating balls but it helped me

I’m not a subhuman and don’t have physical symptoms of anxiety but this summer is already looking like it’s gonna be dogshit, dealing with shit that is not my fault but it is my responsibility anyways, I’ve just had it with my life being level 11 difficulty and this year and next are gonna be changes or rope.
