has anyone tried sungazing? if yes do you feel any difference? explain.

i watched many goatis videos where he mentions the benefit of sungazing, typically i agree with him on almost everything, very based dude, but sun gazing has me skeptical a little, so does anyone know about it from experience? or perhaps from a good study? tell me about it, because if it has benifits i’ll consider doing it
