How is that by logic

light eyes have worse sun protection and less melanin than dark ones, if your logic worked looking constantly at sun wouldn't make them lighter but instead darker with more melanin so they adapt better to the sun itself. More sun exposure = more melanin, more melanin = better sun protection.

Watching the sunrise and sunset is actually quite good for hornonal reasons, idk about eye colur tho because wouldn't it be the opposite effect as the sun increases the melanin

There should be proof or comparisons of eyes getting lighter from sungazing in sungazing communites, u can prob find some if u look for it


Be careful of sungazing though you have to go super light in the first days/weeks to get ur eyes used to it, speaking from experience here, the damages are irreversible most of the time
