You need to add 0.1% tretinoin as sunscreen lotion. Its literally the best. It will get you a nice tan, but with the benefit of sun protection.

Just get on Accutane and get it over and done with.. Anything less than that will just be years and years of cope and misery trying different shit..

Beside the fact accutane's probably gonna fuck up my puberty and give me a bunch of health problems my acne isn't even that severe.

2-3 times per week. I use tanning beds twice per week for 20 minutes each with good results and no burn

Idk about benzoyl peroxide tho, sounds like a bleaching agent. Never heard of it tbh

You shouldn't sunbathe your face, the rest of the body is fine, you can use melanotan and very short tans at most, with no tret or benzoyl on it, you may get stains in your face anyways if you are using tret.

If your acne isn't that bad, it's probably best to take a break from it, wait a week after you've stopped using, then get some sun. In the meantime try to eat a vit D rich diet (fish, eggs, fortified milk).
