Will 1 single application of 50spf sunscreen be enough to protect me for 7 hours, if I am exposed to the sun for no more than 30 minutes? Or should I still reapply it? And if so, how often?

get good diet and you’ll be fine against sun, ice never worn sunscreen, no wrinkles or bad collagen

Yeah I think so. Anything SPF 50 for daily use will be enough, unless you are doing some crazy shit in the sun. Sunscreen important, underrated imo if you are trying to maintain a lighter/paler skintone
