There’s UV all year round I’m pretty sure. So yeah it is necessary especially if you’re on Tret.

There is almost never 0 UV in the day time... If you're on tret you must use SPF 50.

The UV levels above 40 Northern latitude are low enough during winter for you to not need sunscreen

yeah u still need sunscreen in the winter tbh even if it's not as strong cuz tret makes ur skin more sensitive to sun damage ngl just slap on some SPF 30+ when ur outside
