yes will never hurt. my favorite is Biores. PA+++ and 50 spf as well. And its a moisturizer with hyaluronic acid. and it doesnt leave a white cast. I love it

sunscreen doesn't exist in nature you are supposed to have proper sun exposure trough the day

If you want to maintain natural skin/tone or have whiter colouring sunscreen is important. Should wear it whenever you go outside in the sun.
