Edit: I don't think he's filtermaxxing in every video, which makes it honestly impressive. I know a lot of guys who are struggling with them undereye fine lines

I’m curious myself as well. Maybe filler? Fat grafts are also possible. I feel like Salludon may have done something similar for his eye area.
