Suntanning you balls increase test?

I asked a lot of people the best ways to increase your test and the main thing that came up was suntanning your balls. Now before anyone here immediately goes and does this hold on cause im not 100% sure if it actually works. DOES ANYONE HERE KNOW IF THIS THEORY WORKS?
