Supplement recommendation?

Do you have some supplements to recommend for increasing REM sleep and overall well being (hormonal balance, cortisol reduction, fluid balance). Thanks In advance.
 
Mostly avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol, espacially in the hours before you go to sleep, they kill REM sleep completely. IMO even one cup of coffee in the morning is enough to hurt REM sleep phase.
