I have some supplements im goingto take and it will end up being

these things along w vitamin e and omega 3 and vitamin c also do i need to take a vitamin b complex still

Also theres certain things here DIM P5P and stuff that reduce estrogen and prolactin and stuff whicj im mainly taling for gyno if they do work and my estrogen is decreased it wont fuck up my growth or wtv right? Im 16 btw

Im trying to pubertymax so like going for androgens growth jormone ig and decreasing estrogens
 
first try eating well bro, why need supprements?
like, omega 3 sardines, other B vitamins liver, vitamin C eat afruit
 
I eat fine already mainly meats and stuff but i cant eat wtv i want i just eat what my parents cook

Also certain things like DIM i would need to eat more cruciferous vegetables and i domt wanna like use up cals for that

Yeah but i dont go out and buy my own food and also idek where i would buy it and also what abt the other vitamins and metals and sruff

Did you get bloodwork done to see if actually need to supplement anything ?

I would relax on the supps at 16, besides maybe vit D + K2 if you don’t get much sunlight. Eating whole foods, exercising and high quality sleep will go a lot further than any supplement (unless you know for CERTAIN you are deficient via a blood test)

Just get sun and eat well, no need to waste your money on fake plastic nutrients

Im mainly taking them to reduce estrogens cus i have gyno so P5P and DIM r good the others r prolly unnecessary

Every1 jus sayig to eat well my parents dont want that they mostly five me just like oven pizzas or wtv and sometimes meat

Also some of the stuff like P5P and DIM has been proven to reduce prolactin/estrogen
 
Ive been askig chatgpt (ik ai is ass but wtv) and it says its a bad idea to mess w receptors and try to manipulate hormones at 16 is it acc bad or not guys sm1 help
