Calcium Citrate - Planning on taking it twice a day, 1200mg in total
L-Arginine & L-Ornithine - Takin them to boost gh release during sleep
Gaba - Again, gh release during sleep
D-Aspartic acid - Cycling of 2-3mg daily for 2 weeks, then 1 week off. Took it for testosterone
I just turned 16 so dont go bla bla bla about it bein cope, as they are more likely to help my development due to me being in puberty.
Can any high iqcels tell me if I should order anything along with them to help boost their function or if stacking them all together is safe?

Wouldnt recommend d aspartic acid i found 2 studies in one testosterone hasnt increased at all and in one it has even reduced
I would also add vitamin D3 and K2
