10k Ui d3
2400 mg fish oil
500 mg vitamin c
1000mcg b12
100 mcg k2
65 mg iron
99 mg potassium
600 mg calcium

also looking to add zinc msm boron Mac coq 10 shilajit and magnesium
And not shur how I should dose

Is this to much to little what do I need to swap or change?

you should add in msm
it can help maintain morning height and its good for your joints

take more calcium. aim for at least 1000mg , id say about 2000mg max. and more k2. take between 200 and 350. id say just take multivitamins rather then buying shilajit since its basically the same shit anyways and multivitamins are a lot cheaper. vitamin x5 by genius nutrition has like 120 capsules with a lot of vitamins and high doses and it costs me like 15 bucks with shipping. 4 months worth of it

3x the dosages (execept vit D)
 
Vitamine D work together with magnesium
So use that too

Let's hope you're taking those at; different times, different days. Why? Because if you take them all at once, they will basically be having their own little marathon, but instead of playfully bumping into each other, they take out each other with knifes and changing each other phenotypes to indid jfl :feelskek::feelskek:


TL;DR
Too many supplements makes them not be as absorbed as good.
