obviously supplements dont yield much of a tangible effect (if not deficient) but i believe they can help
lmk if theres anything i should add to the daily stack

200mcg vit k2 mk7
8000iu vit d3
600mg ksm-66 (5% withanolides)
25mg zinc
400mg elemental magnesium
5mg boron
200mcg selenium
800mg/600mg epa/dha
5g creatine
6iu gh (was running metformin but stopped due to catabolic effects)

solid stack, no major trash in there. keep the k2/d3/zinc/mag/creatine, they actually do something unlike most jew supplements.
rest is fine, blast test soon

good to hear
planning to run a 500mg test cycle at the end of the year
also have aromasin on the way, gonna run 6.25mg eod and regulate dose from there

why? running it for thyroid support with hgh due to lowered tsh, increased t4 to t3 conversion
unless you've done tests, don't assume that your thyroid is being affected by the hgh

200mcg of selenium is half of the daily tolerable limit

selenium is super easy to get through diet so there's a chance you could get too much

no reason to supplement unless you're deficient

good input

may drop down to 100mcg or just drop it entirely
